Imperishable, Undefiled, Unfading INHERITANCE
Imperishable vrs the perishable -
An eternal Kingdom that nothing on earth can shake.
Hebrews 12:18-29
An eternal LOVE that nothing can break.
Romans 8:31-39
An Eternal King of the Cross, Resurrected, Ascended and Seated that none can mistake.
Hebrews 1:1-4
All else will fade but His Word will never fade away and will accomplish all it sets out to do.
Undefiled vrs the defiled -
To the pure all thing are pure.
Titus 1:15-16
To those saved by grace through faith in Christ the sanctifying word of grace lifts their hearts from the ashes of the fading world.
Ephesians 5: 26
The wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.
James 3:17
From within the defiled things arise from the heart. But Christ has won our hearts and the victory
Matthew 15:16-20
Unfading vrs the Fading World
A perishable world is fading away while the eternal is growing forever in those who do the will of God.
I John 2:17
Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you sent."
John 17:3
For the moth will eat them up like a garment; the worm will devour them like wool. But my righteousness will last forever, my salvation through all generations.
Isaiah 51:8
Jesus is all of this and more.
Every warrior’s boot used in battle
and every garment rolled in blood
will be destined for burning,
will be fuel for the fire.
6 For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
7 Of the greatness of his government and peace
there will be no end.
He will reign on David’s throne
and over his kingdom,
establishing and upholding it
with justice and righteousness
from that time on and forever.
The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this.
