Personal Unity? Can the Heart and Mind be United in the Spirit ALWAYS? Answer = Yes, by design

I believe this is the new worship unfolding around the globe as a work of the Spirit.

It is not new revelation beyond the Scripture.  It is re-activation of profound truths lost over time.

Personal Unity?   Continual abiding in the "eyes of the heart"(Eph 1:17-18) is the inheritance of the Saints.

Yet, fragmentation appears to be both the personal and corporate landscape of Christians today.

Our hearts have no limitations within the rule and reign of Jesus in the Kingdom of God.   I don't think there are any boundaries when we soar in love, truth and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.   (John 16:12-15)

Walking in the paths of unity can be extremely difficult when we do not have personal unity.

Heart and Mind unity in the Holy Spirit?  Remember, the Kingdom of God is within you (Luke 17:21).  It works from within outward, expanding in the unity of heart and mind through the revelation of fullness in the mind of Christ.   Wow, that is a mouth full.  Yes. Something to peer into more deeply treasure hunting the Scriptures.

Can we walk in heart and mind unity regardless of the natural situation.  Yes. Really?  With the culture affronting us in powers and principalities, the circumstances of our lives?   Resounding YES.

Promise is essential - I John 5:5

The Kingdom, by design is a place of total and complete unity of Body, Mind, Soul and Spirit.

Jesus is Psalm 133.  Ephesians 1:9-10!

In opposition to the world's fragmentation, limitation and incomplete nature in the fall, the Kingdom brings unity within us personally.   Then in manifold wisdom corporately (Eph 3:10-11). This is a marvel.   An amazement in the Spirit.

This personal unity is enveloped in the Holy Spirit and informed by his leading.

I believe, one of the key and present goals of the Lord Jesus is to help the Body of Christ re-acquire the knowledge of personal unity in the Spirit.

To come into understanding, through revelation in the eyes of the heart and unity of the mind and heart (Col 3:1-5), is to dwell perpetually in the heavenlies with Christ.   No boundaries exist in heaven.   Because everything there serves the will of God with a final outcome of love.  Love remains forever and is the foundation of the throne of God.  Where the heart leads in love, devotion, desire and in ever increasing wisdom and knowledge, the mind is informed by the mind of Christ.   Through the spirit of wisdom and revelation a continuous flow of the Kingdom is present.   Ephesians 3:14-21

Amos 9: 11-12
"In that day,
I will raise up the booth of David that is fallen and repair its breaches,
and raise up it ruins and rebuild it as in the days of old,
that they may possess the remanat of Edom and all the nations who are called by my name,
declares the Lord who does this."

The restoration of the booths of David are key to opening continual outpouring of the storehouses of wisdom and revelation.

The Apostolic council of Jerusalem confirmed this as Paul described the in gathering of gentiles and the signs and wonders of the Kingdom that were present throughout the world.   Acts 15:15-19

The outward corporate expression of unity is a work of the same Spirit, uniting hearts and minds in the mind of Christ.

By nature the "eyes of our heart" are designed to be enlightened to the wisdom and revelation in the mind of Christ.  We are people of a new Kingdom.

This Kingdom is sustained in, brought to fullness in, and ever expands in every molecule of its workings abiding in the beauty, power and glory of it's King, Jesus Christ.
Another mouth full.  Read it slow and see if you can see it!

He revealed the Father's heart and the rule and reign of God.  His reign.   As one who walked in the Spirit in obedience to the will of the Father, He surrendered his earthly life as an offering of worship.   We see it all in Him. Everything there is to see.

Through unity with the Spirit, made possible by faith in the powerful workings of Christ Jesus in the Cross, Resurrection and Ascension, the eyes of the heart can maintain a perpetual habitation and revelation of the Lord Jesus.

Not these doors - Christ the Door!

I believe the new move of the Spirit is through these doorways.

A cleansing grace in deeper and deeper righteousness is unfold as the booths of David are restored.  Revelation to the eyes of the heart is being poured out continually for those who love the Lord heart first.

There is so much more to go into on this.   Next post I will look at the relationship of the heart and mind.  The mind can block the flow of revelation to the eyes of the heart in many ways.   Gaining personal unity is the first step.  Submitting the heart to activation through the spirit of revelation and wisdom is the first step.  So when the mind limits that atmosphere the borders get drawn.

We are called into a new mind in living worship - Romans 12:1-2

Two things to pray and activate -
1) The eyes of the heart

Spirit open the eyes of my heart and break any limitations imposed by the mind of the flesh.   I want to see again.   Let me see Christ and into the heavenlies.  Let me perceive through the eyes of my heart in the Spirit the inheritance riches of Jesus in the Saints.

Take a bit of time and see.   What do you see from the eyes of your heart?

2) The mind of Christ -

Spirit activate the mind of Christ in me and unite it to the eyes of your heart.  Bring my mind and heart into unity through the grace of the Spirit.   Break down, reveal and destroy strongholds that limit the freedom of my heart to see, hear and understand the revelation of wisdom and knowledge in Christ Jesus in fullness.   Activate my discernment in the Spirit.   Activate my understanding of your voice and truth (John 10:1-5).

Take a bit of time and let the Spirit reveal roadblocks that limit the eyes of the heart in seeing.

We need to explore how the Kingdom rule and reign of Christ informs the mind and how unity is established in the Spirit.

Enjoy!

He is always good and his love endures forever

Allow the Spirit to lead you into this.  Don't try and work it through in your mind first.
Laugh and love Jesus.   He seems to always be laughing about the pride of mind.  huh?
