Fire And Water - Lookout Mtn - Homesteaders Way - Imperishable, Undefiled, Unfading - INHERITANCE

In a few weeks I will be traveling in the land of FIRE and WATER. The Island of Kyushu, Japan. Birthplace of Christianity in Japan.

In my typical prayer time 0n 09/26/16 I felt prompted to read through one of the Mountain Stories/Prophetic outlines I had when I placed the 7 flags on 7 Mountains of Central Oregon

The 7 mountains cover every major entrance and exit from the Central Oregon region.  Each one became a prophetic map as it were, a story or outline of???  I've been waiting on the Lord for 15 months to gain deeper insight and wisdom on this.  In the past 8 months events have corresponded with the "prophetic story" of different Mountain journeys.  Yesterday I had an encounter morning in Scripture, prophetic story and more foundation Kingdom teaching.

So, now I'm feeling prompted to step out and share a bit of this, nuts as it may seem.

On a couple occasions now my dreams, prophetic words and the Mountain flags have corresponded to events here in Central Oregon.  Particularly among its spiritual leaders and different gatherings we have as well as breakthroughs for the atmosphere of Central Oregon.  This is always a wake up call and sparks me to greater vigilance in stewarding the prophetic and direction I've received supernaturally.

Yesterday, the prompting took me to the journey on Lookout Mountain.  I journal-ed and took pictures of the whole story along the way of each mountain I flagged.  The Lord reminded me of this mountain.  I hunted it up in my journal and began reading prayerfully.

Side NOTE:  The 7 flags I planted, each with particular direction from the Spirit, were prophesied to me about a year after receiving the assignment to "Go to the Mountain tops" and failing to accomplish it.  I did accomplish it within the Lord's window....by days.  That assignment ended with a remarkable encounter with the Lord on Black Butte.

Here are the flags I planted.

Lion of the Tribe of Judah – Praise

Fire – red, orange, yellow fire

Star of David – blue and bright

Fiery Sun  -Sun/intense Heat –

Long Gold Sword Ringed in Red– Gold Long with Red around it – blood

Lightning bolt with lots of rain – Rain pouring down – Rain

Baby faces – babies born many fill the flag

I began reading and was surprised at the corresponding connections with my upcoming trip to Japan and what is transpiring in our church family.

There were two Lookout Mountains in my 7 mountain flagging journey.  This one west of Hwy 97, in full view of Newberry Creator and  the other one out near Prineville.  I wrote about the one near Prineville in my blog

Leaning on the Arm of the Flesh. PII Wanting Everyone's Gifts and Calling But Our Own

This Lookout Mountain was entered on Homestead Way.  I know about homesteading in the Spirit.  Planting churches, frontier mission, walking into the Lord's plans laid down from many times and seasons.  It was also part of Chief Paulina Rd.  There is a great deal to say about Chief Paulina but it's for another time.

This is the way of "Praise - a way of grit and brawn.  Making something from nothing.  The Pioneer spirit in all the things Kingdom.  Torches and Firebrands.  Stands of tall trees."

Praise, revelation presence atmosphere, raises bones of Promise and hope.  Praise and victory are foundations of the Kingdom homesteaders.   Rooted in the Knowledge of the Victory of Jesus, they lay down the new and connect it with the old.

When I reached the flag that was Fiery Sun, I found an open area burned by fire.  From this place I could see a lake.  Cultis Lake.  In my journeys I started taking note of geographic names and land marks.  "Cultis" means "in Vain - variously bad - worthless".  The local Indians did not have much regard for the lake.  It was clearly in sight from the Fiery Sun location.  A place where every tree was touched by fire.  Those dead and burned out lying about and those ringing the area touched by fire way up their canopies but not consumed and alive.  People make choices in the fire.  Some run to the worthless and vain.  Some get salted by the fires of the Holy Spirit and eternal life spring forth in greater measure.

There were strong healthy tress swaying in the wind in a wide arch around the fire zone.  Touched by fire but not killed by it, they stood tall in the open.  The wind blew through here with a strong current.  It rose up from the mountainside and then spilled into this now open area.  Trees swayed in the powerful current but stood strong and tall.

The Fiery Sun flag reminded me of some research I did in Scripture on Fire.  I pulled that up and started reading through the passages.  What does fire represent in Scripture?  What does it do?  What about the New Testament?  I was reminded of the refiners fire of the Leodecian church.  Then a passage about fire stood out to me.

"So that place was called Taberah, because fire from the LORD had burned among them."  Numbers 11:3

This sent me reading Numbers 11.  A powerful story of fire and intercession for the people.    Many leaders may have or are walking through this type of encounter right now.  Fiery Sun heat from the Spirit and leadership of fiery seasons.

The outcome of such a time when walked in the foundations of praise and promise, and with Spirit guidance and leading,  is wider dispersing of the anointing and authority.

The connecting of the leaders heart with the Lord's heart for his people in both fiery confrontation and intercession produces a remarkable outcome in the Kingdom and the atmosphere of a church family, a group of churches or a region.

Mark 9:49 "Everyone will be salted with fire".

The word I got on the Mountain was....

"Expect an exploding fire.  Lightning bolt.  Fire will fall in the West.  Hot.  A bolt devastating to religion. False worship, burnt.  Righteousness will show on the trees. God is a consuming fire".

The Homestead Way and Lookout Mountain lead me on to more ways of establishment.

I was reminded of.....
Acts 2   Tongues of fire
Mark 9:49    Salt and fire - the eternal emerges in the refiners fire of living sacrifice and devotion to the Father's will.

I Peter 1:3 and following....

All this is rooted in Inheritance.

The inheritance of the Saints in Jesus Christ.
We have an inheritance that is...

Imperishable - Praise - perfect sacrifice Jesus Christ  -  perfect man revealed in us.  Col 1:27

UN-defiled - Glory - "All mine are yours, and yours are mine, and I am glorified in them."  John 17:10

Unfading - Honor - Order is restored in Christ and all things are coming into unity with him.  Ephesians 1:9-10

This Fiery Sun is a critical moment.  It is a time to step into the understanding of inheritance in Jesus Christ. It's a deep invitation to powerful intercession, closer knit hearts, refining grace and thinning out our lives so the wind can blow strong.  It is a time and season of the will of the Father being manifest on earth in unified co-laboring with Jesus and the Saints.

It is a crisis for religion, the earth minded and UN-spiritual.  For those operating outside of inheritance and grace imparted through the Lord Jesus, it produces intense weight, pressure and fatigue.  For those resting in the Lord despite the pressure and opposition, it deepens understanding and marks the believer.

It is refinement for those ambivalent and luke warm.  It's an invitation to all to come into righteousness in a new and deeper way that touches more of our lives, culture, relationships and expressions of the ekklesia, the Church, in the world.

I got three words to go along with all this.

Spirit / Judgement  - discernment and wisdom (James 3:14-18)

Gospel -  The simple Gospel is gaining power and clarity, being restored and refined in our mindset.

Sacrifice - We are living sacrifices.  Everything we do is worship.  The Father is offering new understanding and increase in our worship.   2016 Prophetic Review - details the   "Salvation's Mountain Erupting with Open Doors, Shifts, and Invitation"

In contrast the Fiery Sun is burning away.....

The Perishable

The Defiled

The Fading

this is the world.

The Fiery Sun burns away love for the world.

15Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh, the desires of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not from the Father but from the world.…  I John 2:15

What runs alongside in such things is....

Wrath to come!  Escape in obedience to the Gospel

Idol Worship -  Revelation 9:20-21

Witchcraft -  earthly, UN-spiritual, demonic   (James 3:14-18)

The Church has the revelation of the Lord Jesus and the Simple Gospel.
The Fiery Sun has a way of focusing us into deep devotion or driving us to Cultis Lake - to the worthless or to the imperishable, undefiled, unfading Kingdom.

There is no room for lukewarm.   Jesus is not a passive, ambivalent King.
He is working salvation for all.
We are co-laboring with him and all the Saints in time.

Japan is the land of the Rising and Fiery Sun.  Kyushu is the island of "Fire and Water".
Very exciting to see what the Holy Spirit has in mind for all of us in this incredible season of his glory.

Much Love in the Lord

P.S.  I had a miracle at the end of this Mountain Day.  Nearly out of gas and way out in the backwoods.  Blog post -
